LYC Φ6-7 meter class composite TBM main bearing passed through delivery inspection(pic)

 
On September 18, the delivery inspection meeting of Chinese first Φ6-7 meter class composite TBM main bearing jointly developed by LYC and China Railway Tunnel Group was held in Luoyang. 

At the meeting, LYC general manger Sun Qilin and China Railway Tunnel Group’s chieft engineer Hong Kairong addressed respectively.

After listening to the development report on Φ6-7 meter class composite TBM main bearing and the user’s production supervision report on the main bearing, the expert group made on-site inspection of the main bearing production and testing situation, discussed about TBM main bearing ex-factory and follow-up use and relevant matters. The expert group agreed that the bearing accessories and finished product both meet the design requirements, the technical indicators were better than P5 grade and most of indicators were better than foreign products, the product had reached the acceptance of delivery standard, and the product was agreed to leave the factory.
