Luoyang Longda CARB Bearing Reached Cooperation Agreement with a Steel Plant (Picture)

CARB Bearing is a king of complete new radial roller bearing. This kind of self-aligning bearing has compact structure and was developed by SKF. The product launched in the market in 1995. It unique design was combined with the self-aligning capacity of spherical rollers and the axial displacement character of cylindrical ball bearings. Also it has the compact section like that of needle roller bearings.

The CARB bearing produced by the technicians of Luoyang Longda Bearing Co., Ltd. took almost one year and has reached the national standard, which can replace the imported bearings for equipments. As the New Year was coming, the company has provided 200 sets of CARB C4126VC3 bearings for a steel plant. Through the application of this plant, the bearings were approved to meet the requirement of replacement of imported bearings; and therefore the steel plant has saved much purchasing cost. In March, 2010, Longda Bearing Company has signed a long term supplying contract of this kind of CARB bearings with this steel plant again and became the only provider of CARB bearing of this plant. Meanwhile, the plant has consigned Longda Company to develop other model of CARB bearing.
