Recently, Luoyang Juchuang Bearing-Tech Co., Ltd has independently researched & developed high precision non-standard ultra-thin angular contact matched pair ball bearing, which has batchly submitted to customers after installation test.

In this May, one researching institute from AVIC urgently demanded P2 non-standard ultra-thin bearings. After recieved this task, Luoyang Juchuang Bearing-Tech Co., Ltd carefully made analysis & research from products design program to processing method, also added various processing equipment and detection devices, which has solved numbers of technical difficulties during the processing of ultra-thin angular contact bearing, such as, deformation, groove position measurement, contact angle measurement, friction torque measurement, stiffness measurement, etc. Ultimately, each indicator of this type of product has exceeded P2 requirements after tested by customers: radial and axial runout within 0.001mm, sides out of parallel & warping within 0.0005mm, projection matching precision reached 0.001mm, starting friction torque for pairs of bearing
