Recently, Luoyang Jinyuan Outsize Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd has successfully maintained outsize imported slewing bearing with the outer-diameter of 3.5m for one domestic enterprise.

Imported from abroad, the outer-diameter of this slewing bearing (outside gear) could reach 3,500mm, which has been continuously used for many years, thus the raceway was badly abrased. Therefore, customers commissioned Jinyuan Company to maintain this bearing to reduce procurement costs. After grinded the raceway and increased the steel ball, this bearing could be re-used, while the maintenance cost is just one-tenth equal to the cost for re-ordering a new bearing.
