Recently, Luoyang Hongyuan Bearing Technology Co., Ltd has successfully developed the world first YRTM 1200 bearing with angle measurement system by the cooperation with one famous measurement & control company in Europe, the measurement system for bearing was provided by this company. Currently, this measurement system was the world largest angle measurement system compared with other similar products, which is easily installed with high accuracy, meanwhile widely adapt to the environment, the inbreaking protection could reach IP 67, oil-resistant and do not affected by magnetic fields. Each performance is better than the domestic encoders, circular grating and other angle measurement system which are commonly used now. At the same time, YRTM 1200 has the global largest size (inner diameter 1200 mm, outer diameter 1500 mm), while among other foreign similar products, only INA could produce YRTM 460 (inner diameter 460 mm). At present, this kind of product has been purchased by one domestic well-known machine tool plant, and each parameter could reach the standard after tested, bearing axial & radial runout is within 0.01 mm, meanwhile the arc length accuracy could reach 2.5
