Luoyang Heavy-duty Bearing Won the Bid for Phased-array Radar Bearings (pic)

Luoyang Heavy-duty Bearing Co., Ltd. officially announced the bid for the military-industrial programme -- design and manufacture of bearings for phased-array radar on June 28. The design proposal provided by the company was evaluated by the chief technical engineer from the military, and the recommended alternative option for the azimuth bearing was agreed, where the crossed cylindrical rollers shall be replaced by crossed tapered roller bearings. The related technical details will be timely released according to the progress of the project.
