Luoyang Federation of Trade Unions Visited China Machinery TDI International Engineering for Investigation (fig)

On the morning of April 24, Wangyun Ying, director of Female Employees' Committee under Luoyang Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied by Wang Yuehua, minister of Female Employees' Department, Hu Nan, assistant minister of Female Employees' Department, and Yan Quande, director of Help and Support Center visited China Machinery TDI International Engineering Co, Ltd. for research. A symposium was held in the headquarter of China Machinery TDI International Engineering during the visit, where these leaders and the staff representatives of front-line technical personnel from Design Institute, functional service departments and the Party Department of the company, more than 20 persons in total, attended the meeting which was presided over by Feng Guangyan, Chairman of the Trade Union of the company.

At the meeting, Wang Yuehua, the director of Female Employees' Committee firstly explained the main purpose of the visit, i.e., centering on the requirements made by the National Federation of Trade Unions, Henan Federation of Trade Unions and Luoyang Federation of Trade Unions to the activity titled "face to face, heart to heart, to service the workers at the grassroot level", to do well the worker masses' work under the new situation, and to promote innovation and development of the trade union work. Feng Guangyan, the chairman, made detailed reports focusing on the security work of employees' rights and interests and existing problems after brief introduction of China Machinery TDI International Engineering. Then, the participating employees spoke out freely, and made ​​recommendations on the recreational and sports activities, distribution system, working hours and other aspects. Finally, Wang gave a high appraisal to the trade union work of the company, and expressed the hope that the trade union will better organize and mobilize all emplyees in the future, and show consistent concern and support for the development of Luoyang city.
