Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYS) Invested 1.8 Billion RMB in Luoyang Yiluo Industrial Park

According to the evening announcement on May 5, Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd (ZYS) has initialed an agreement with Luoyang Yiluo Industrial Park in recent days, the company plans to purchase about 780 acres of land for the project construction from Yiluo Industrial Park. With the total investment of 1.8 billion RMB, ZYS intends to build China Bearing Technology Research Institute and bearing science & technology industrialization projects.

Yiluo Industrial Park is the main direction for the future urban construction in Luoyang, and it will develop to an industry-leading comprehensive new city. At present, invested in this industrial park will enjoy preferential policies with much lower land cost and larger policy support. Therefore, Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd wants to purchase land in this industrial park for its future development.
