LTZC Develops and Manufactures New Bearings Meisteel 1# Conticaster Large Ladle Caster Slewing Table

Meisteel 1# conticaster large ladle caster slewing table was successfully put into operation on May 26, 2012. As for slew bearings used to this slewing table, Meisteel first adopted SKF made bearings in 2008, but now the company has turned to Luoyang Heavy-Duty Bearing Co., Ltd. (hereafter refered to as LTZC) for developing and manufacturing such slewing bearings instead.



Such bearings adopts brand new structure with more stringent requirements on the material which, different from the material for general purpose, has rigorous requirements on the process control. After strict test and appraisal, Meisteel accepted the bearings produced by LTZC which aslo proved its power in the actual operation later.

In fact, LTZC has been taking the leader role in the ocalization of ladle bearings in China for this series of bearings, and has maintained the record of ladle bearings with the largest outside diameter in China.
