Low-cost Bearings Offer Smooth Performance
Euro Bearings' Double Vee bearings and T rail systems are suitable for applications requiring low cost and smoothness of performance. They are best used in applications with relatively light loads. The bearings have a double vee profile. The bearing have a double-row ball bearing that is pre-greased and sealed for life.
Using the inner 'V' they can track on Euro-Bearing's hardened and ground precision T rail.This is supplied in cut to order lengths and can be pre-drilled to customers' requirements.
Alternatively, an equal angle mild steel section can be used as the track for less precise applications.Using the outer 'V the bearings can track inside an equal angle mild steel section.Each bearing has a bush on which it runs.Concentric and eccentric types are available.
The eccentric bush allow the user to pre-load the bearings to achieve optimum running smoothness and accuracy.The bearings are normally used in group of four, with two bearings having concentric bushes and two having eccentric brushes.
