Longxi Bearing Declares 2005 Dividend

The Longxi Bearing Corporation Limited (SSE: G Longxi) today declared a 2005 annual cash dividend of 0.25 yuan per share. The dividend is payable on June 22, 2006 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2006.

Longxi Bearing (Group) Corporation limited is the former Fujian Longxi Bearing Factory, which was founded in 1958. It holds five subsidiaries: Fujian Yongan Bearing Co., Ltd., Fujian Jinduo Auto Steering-Gear Co., Ltd., Zhangzhou Jinchi Automobile Parts Co., Ltd., Fujian Sanming Gearbox Co., Ltd. and Fujian United Bearing Company. "LS" is their registered brand.

Their annual production capacity are 10 million pcs spherical plain bearings, 8 million pcs taper roller bearings and AG bearings, 30,000 pcs gearbox, 150,000 pcs steering-gear and 20 million pcs bushings.

The company has set up the quality system and environmental management system according to the international standard of ISO/TS16949
