Longkou Bluetooth NC Equipment's SKCX100 machine tool reached the international standards

Recently, a technical appraisal expert group organized by Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Agency carried out the technical evaluation to SKCX100 mill-turn gear machine tool independently researched and developed by Longkou Bluetooth NC Equipment Co., Ltd. Through a seires of inspection and interpellation, the expert group considered the main technical indicators of the project reached the international advanced level of similar products, and the research and development technology filled the domestic gap in this field.

Wangjian Peng, general manager of the company, said, "This machine tool can save much electricity and manpower, thus greatly reduces the production costs, and the adoption of dry cutting under high-speed rotation can help improve the production efficiency and save the use of cutting fluid, thus avoid the environmental problems caused by the same; the integration of complex processing can reduce the labor intensity, and the operation mode of one person with several machines can reduce the labor costs.

"This product has broad market prospects," a participated professor of Mechanical Design Department from Jinan University said. "Similar products manufactured in western developed countries sells about 200,000 euros to 400,000 euros, while a SKCX100 mill-turn gear machine tool only needs a quarter of the price."
