Linqing City: to promote the upgrading of bearing sector

Xu Jingyan, secretary of Municipal Party Committee and director of Municipal People's Congress visited Linqing for research on May 13, 2015.

Xu Jingyan attaches importance to bearing industry. He first came to Yandian County, and visited Zhongrui Bearing, Runxiang Bearing & Tube Industry, Shandong Yujie Bearing and other bearing manufacturers, to learn about the development status of bearing industry, and conducted in-depth exchanges with related leaders of the enterprises.

Xu noted that Linqing's bearing industry had an important position in China, thus of great potential to boost the regional economy. Under the new situation of the current economic restructuring, the key to the development of bearing industry is quality and innovation. The government should make good industrial development plan to help businesses bring talents, build R&D, testing and trading centers, ensure quality control from materials, equipment and process, and increase efforts to fight against fake and shoddy products, so as to create a bearing industrial cluster with strong strength and core competitiveness of China.
