"Our automobile sealed bearings not only sell well in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hebei and other domestic markets, but also enter Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and other Southeast Asian region. The sales in 2015 was more than 700 million yuan," said Pan Jinhai, Manager of Linqing Huachi Bearing Co., Ltd.
According to Pan Jinhai, he found several years ago that low-end bearings had been somewhat neglected. Instead, there arose a great demand in high-end bearings with added-value. So he invested nearly 200 million yuan for purchase of Mitsubishi dual-servo fine control system, bearing accelerating vibrometers, high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machines and other advanced equipment to built several domestic first-class bearing production lines. Now, all the automobile sealed bearings produced by the company have reached T6 standards.

In 2015, 33.81 billion yuan was allocated as technological input for introduction of new equipment, technologies and processes to accelerate the upgrading of traditional industries including bearings, textiles and other sectors.
Currently, 85% of bearing enterprises in Linqing have replaced old machine and applied CNC machine tools. The high-tech industrial output value has accounted for more than 35%.
