A． Bearing outer material:
Abrasive particle contamination and debris penetrated may lead to SKF bearing wear, scratches and depression prevention measures in coal face: clear intrusion into particles and debris, replace lubricant, check the sealing system
B． Irregular operation of bearings:
Bearing cage of improper installation, operation or removal may cause deformation or defect prevention: proper handling, installation and removal tools, and the use of authentic FAG bearing.
C． Eccentric bearings:
Eccentric, inclined or geometric stress concentration, or excessive loads may cause surface spalling
D． Bearing currents:
Cylindrical roller bearings when turning power on may cause a notch or nicks. Bearing is stationary, electrical grounding improper operation can result in minor burns precautions: NSK bearing parts before welding by appropriate ground connection to reduce or avoid the current through the bearing
E． Insufficient lubrication of bearings:
Improper or inadequate lubrication lubricant may result in component abrasion or severe deformation of cylindrical roller bearing of preventive measures: improvement of the lubrication system, timed properly to supplement or replace lubricants.
