Leaders of Heilongjiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions Visited HRB for Investigation

On the morning of April 10, Meng Qinghui, Minister of Democratic Management of Heilongjiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Sun Yongzhi, deputy bureau chief level Researcher and Minister of Economic Affairs of Harbin Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Cheng Yimin, Minister of Democratic Management of Harbin Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and other leaders visited HRB for investigation.

The research group firstly watched a short film named as "Career and Passion" which reflected the work of HR trade union. And then Zhu Xiuli, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission and the union president of the company, reported in detail on the situation and achievements in the democratic management of the company union in recent years, and expressed that the company was working hard to implement the strategic target of "Creating Advantages through Transformation and Upgrading " proposed in the Workers' Congress.

Meng affirmed the work of HRB trade unions, and expressed the hope that HRB can proceed from the reality, combined with their own advantages, emancipate the mind, and strive to be the model enterprise for democratic management. The research group also refered to the union work-related information.
