Leaders of China Bearing Industry Association Visited Luoyang Dinghui Special Steel Co., Ltd. for Investigation

On February 29, 2012, Wang Quanqing, the executive director and secretary general of China Bearing Industry Association, and other five leaders visited Luoyang Dinghui Special Steel Co., Ltd. for investigation, accompanied by Jiao Wanmin, the deputy county mayor in Yichuan County, Li Jianjun, the director of Development and Reform Commission in Yichuan County, and Ma Shengli, the director general of Bureau of industry and information in Yichuan County.

Luoyang Dinghui Special Steel Co., Ltd. is located in Yichuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, and mainly engaged in R & D, processing and sales of high-grade bearing steel wires and bearing rollers. In 2011, the company processed 13,000 tons of bearing steel wires, realizing sales income of 120 million yuan, and profits and taxes more than 900 million. There are 96 employees in Luoyang Dinghui Special Steel, wherein, 5 staff is provided with the high professional title, 6 provided with
intermediate professional title, 8 provided with junior professional title, and 30 provided with the diplomas of the junior college and above.

Wang Quanqing, the executive director and secretary general of China Bearing Industry Association, fully affirmed the refinement operation of the company to realize no or less decarburization decarburization during the spheroidized annealed process, and to ensure the compliance and uniformity of the product quality after seriously looked into the bearing steel processing technology and production flow, and listened to the brief presentation of the company by Wang Jinghui, the president of Dinghui Special Steel Co., Ltd.

Wang further pointed out that "there is still a certain gap between China's bearing industry and developed countries', and one reason is that the raw material development is lagging behind. I hope Dinghui Special Steel will make the most of the advantage to promote useful exploration in the heat treatment processing of bearing steel wires."
