It is known from the “Announcement of Key Projects List 2017 Issued by Government of Shandong Province(No. 48 Luzhengzi [2017] )” that the project of Green Industrial Park of High-end Bearing Intelligent Manufacturing of Shandong Jienna Machinery and Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jienna ) has been listed as one of the key projects in Shandong province in 2017.
After the completion of the project, an annual output of high-end bearings can reach 19.5 million sets and that of green heat-treated pieces 500,00 tons.
The technology applied to the project was the Intellectual Property of Shandong KMR Science& Technology Co., Ltd and Aichelin Industrial Furnace (Beijing) Co., Ltd., which cooperate with each other in the development of heat treatment services, high-end bearings and design based on their technical advantages, and are committed to building up a high-end heat treatment platform for agricultural machinery parts, machine tool accessories, robotics parts, new energy automobile parts of for the construction of the heat treatment, heat treatment service to provide customers with heat treatment and high-end bearing manufacturing services. They have 15 patents for bearing invention such as “the full complement spherical roller bearing”, "the reinforced solid tapered roller bearings", "the grinding wheel fastening device for vertical surface grinding machine with round table " and " the cage and molding method of brass solid self-aligning roller bearings" etc. and 27 patents of heat treatment such as "multi-layer rotating disc bainite isothermal quenching device","multi-layer orbital bainite isothermal quenching device", " control system software for double pusher type pressure quenching production line", "control system software for single pusher furnace production line ", "double circular heat treatment furnace" etc.
