KML Supports for Environmental Protection and Actively Follow the "Low-Carbon Life"

Since "Friends of the Earth (HK)" began to organize the annual charitable environmental protection project of Earth Partner in 2005, KML Bearing and Equipment Ltd. has been a faithful support and participant of Earth Partner.

On the "Earth Day", Apr. 22, 2009, Earth Partner launched the initiative of "low-carbon life" of environmental protection once again, aiming to encourage everyone to start from the matters of daily life to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gas, especially carbon dioxide, thus to alleviate the growing issue of climate change.

The theme poster "low carbon life" of Friends of the Earth (HK) is designed very lively and interesting: "stone", "mountain", "water", "plant" and "person" form the Chinese character "carbon" of "carbon dioxide". How wonderful Chinese pictographic character is! Each single character is originated from life, nature, containing philosophy of life. Next to the natural environment composed by five columns of colors is the metropolitan full of high-rises where those merry adults, children and pets live. However, the carbon dioxide produced by human beings themselves has beclouded the bright colors of our home, leaving only monotonous gray.

The theme poster distinctly signifies a thought-provoking meaning of "man and environment, mutual reliance in life, only cherish for the continuity".

Let's follow the "low carbon life" and reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases through daily chores to take one's responsibility to protect the earth!
