Kaydon Corporation Announces Second Quarter Dividend

The Board of Directors of Kaydon Corporation (NYSE:KDN) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $.17 per common share. This dividend will be paid on July 6, 2009 to Stockholders of Record on June 15, 2009.


Kaydon Corporation is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom-engineered, performance-critical products, supplying a broad and diverse group of alternative-energy, industrial, aerospace, medical and electronic equipment, and aftermarket customers.
