Changshan Jingmi Group Co.,Ltd invested RMB50 million to introduce 6 automatic processing lines for automobile bearings. The lines equiped with the most advanced machines in China and employed the newly developed processing crafts. Changshan Jingmi Group Co.,Ltd(JMG) was founded in 1994. They are specialized in producing tapered roller bearings, with annual output over 18 million sets. Their head office is in Xindu Industrial Zone, Changshan, Zhejiang province. In 1995, they formed a joint venture, Changshan Changhe Bearing Co.,Ltd(CBC), with American Yunga Industrial Limited; then another joint venture, Changshan Peer Bearing Co.,Ltd(PEER) with American Peer Bearing in 1999.

Since the company being founded, they have set TIMKEN as their example, trying hard to catch up with TIMKEN. In order to enhance their international competitiveness, the company increased their investment on technological research, scientific management and application of advanced facilities. In 2003, they set up the research and testing center which integrated with the functions of research, development and testing.

Zeng jinlong, director of technical department, said that there are more than 50 new products come out from their research and testing center annually. In recent year, the company had developed 4 international advanced production procedures on the fields of heat treatment and grinding.

Quality is everything. Jingmi Bearing had passed QS9000, TS16949 and other QS certificate set by American auto makers. Inside the company, every worker can get certain reward for their innovation ideas or actions. As a result, sales related to new products were RMB85.05 million, accounting for 59.31% of total sales in 2005.
