Jiangsu Jinxiang Reducer Co., Ltd. recently received the patent certificate from State Intellectual Property Office of China. The Planetary Reducer Planet Wheel Bearing Centrifugal Force Lubrication Structure of the Company was awarded patent, which is the 12th patent the company acquired.
It is understand that at present the lubrication of the planetary reducer in the market are mainly the dip-feed splash lubrication and external oil ring force feed lubrication. For the reducer, especially the high speed reducer, the bearings that support the planet wheels not only rotate but also revolution around the sun; the dip-feed splash lubrication and circulating spray lubrication are not successive, the lubrication effect is not ideal, and the temperature of bearings increases easily and becomes over heat, which will cause the damage of bearings. The invention of Jinxiang makes use of the centrifugal force of the planetary frame while rotating at high speed, lead the lubricants to the cavity of planet wheel bearings and achieve the lubrication of bearings. The lubrication structure does not need the special lubricants oil pump; the structure is simple and will not be influenced by the unfixed position of planet wheel and the bearing revolution, and can continuously provide lubricant to the bearings. The oil circuit in which the lubricant flows has no tuber connector, and it will not loose because of the vibration during the running.
