Jeffrey W. Fenn Joins NN, Inc. as General Manager of NN Asia

NN, Inc. today announced that Jeffrey W. Fenn, 47, has been named to the position of General Manager of NN Asia. Mr. Fenn replaces Thomas W. McKown who resigned from the Company to pursue other interests. Roderick R. Baty, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We are very pleased to have Jeff join the senior management team of NN. He has broad management experience in manufacturing utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques, new product development and strategic planning. Additionally, Jeff's extensive experience in the region will be invaluable to our long-term global success."

Mr. Baty continued, "Jeff brings over 23 years of proven success in various leadership roles in manufacturing and new product development to NN. We look forward to him providing a leadership role in the success of the execution of our strategic plan."

Prior to joining NN, Mr. Fenn was General Manager at Knowles Electronic Co., LTD. in Suzhou, Peoples Republic of China. While there, he was responsible for building and managing both a new manufacturing facility and a new products development facility in the company's Suzhou location. Prior to that, Mr. Fenn held various management positions with CTS Electronics Company in Tianjin, Peoples Republic of China and divisions of Motorola, Inc. and Northrop Defense in the U.S. Mr. Fenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
