Italian RGP Invest in Fushan Steel Ball Industry
The Italian RGP International Co.,Ltd had a business trip in Fushan county, Shandong proinvce recently to inspect the local steel ball industry.
The RGP International Co.,Ltd is a manufacturer, wholesaler of ball bearings in Italy. And they are confident of Chinese steel ball industry in future, believing that with the developing auto and machinery industry in the world, there will be a stable increase annually in the demand of bearings, most of which is linked with steel balls; and the market is huge in China.
In recent years, steel ball industry has developed rapidly in Fushan county. Today, there have been 16 local enterprises who can produce carbon steel balls of medium and high quality.
During the trip, the RGP guests toured several local enterprises, such as Ningyang Jingzhong Steel Ball Co.,Ltd, Ningyang Linli Steel Ball Co.,Ltd etc. And they were surprised at the capacity of the enterprises to produce steel balls of such high precision and quality.
Finally, the Italian customer signed a contract with Ningyang Jingzhong Steel Ball to form a joint venture. They are going to invest Euro1 million, establishing the Tai'an Jingzhong Ruili Steel Ball Co.,Ltd, adding a steel ball line with annual capacity of 50 million tons, building new warehouse. Reportedly, all steel balls of the new joint venture will be produced for exporting to Europe.
