Iran's annual steel production rises 2%

The amount of steel products manufactured by the Iranian state-run and private sectors hit 17.417 million tons in the past Iranian calendar year, which ended on March 20, with 2 percent growth compared with the preceding year.

Also, crude steel production reached 14.873 million tons, showing 5.7 percent growth year on year, ILNA reported on Saturday.
