Introduction of Germany Equipment ConturoMaticT1 Contour Test- and Evaluation System

Dalian HuaYang JingGong (HYJG) Precision Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd intends to emphasize the high quality in the new year of 2013. In January, we introduced a new roller Contour test- and evaluation system for roller measurement laboratory. The development and operation of this system will benefit production monitoring, providing a high level of measurement accuracy and analysis combination that could not be operated before in China. Based on contactless incremental linear encoders for signal acquisition and precision guidance, the measuring accuracy of roller products can be ensured.

In order to know well about the system operation and apply the system in production detection, Mirek, the CTO of our German customer AWT company tested and installed equipment at our factory and provided us a one-week technical training. Hereon, we deeply appreciate AWT company and the company representative Mirek. In this new year, we will continue to be strict with ourselves and try to do a great job in product service and quality etc.
