Intelligent manufacturing industry system will be fully completed in 2020

 As the key for China's manufacturing industry transforming from ''BIG" to "STRONG", intelligent manufacturing will face new reform soon. According to Plan of Developing Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Bases(2017-2021) released by 2017 China Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation and Development Forum, China's intelligent manufacturing industry system will be fully completed in2020, and the income of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry will be more than 30,000 billion yuan.

According to the plan, the intelligent manufacturing is intelligentializing and rapidly emerging, which is based on sensor and chip as the core components of industrial clusters, robots and CNC machine tools as intelligent equipment, industrial software and intelligent Control system as the the intelligent applications, wearable equipment and UAV as the intelligent hardware product .

According to the plan, by 2020, China's intelligent manufacturing industry system will be fully completed and the income will be more than 30,000 billion yuan. Annual growth rate would reach 25%.

Wang Feihong, director of the new management committee think that the core of intelligent manufacturing is IT. He said, "the realization of intelligent manufacturing promotes the integration of the new IT and traditional manufacturing industry. In other words, a good IT basis contributes to transforming traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing and forming intelligent manufacturing industry ecology.

Thus, Sun Huifeng ,president of CCID, said that "Made in China 2025" released in 2015 is beneficial and guiding to the entire economic restructuring, industrial restructuring and technological innovation investment, and the new technology model and format will increase with eruptions.
