 Steps for installing balls on the deep groove ball bearings:

1.   Lie the outer ring on the table, put all the balls into and squeeze them to the one side of the outer ring.

2.   Install the inner ring and try to push all the balls into the rolling path.The inner ring is actually inclined at that time.

3.   Suppress lightly after starting the press, so that inner ring can be installed properly.

4.   Share the balls evenly by hand and fit them onto the cage.
