Jindongfang Bearing Manufacturing Co.,Ltd(a subsidiary of ZWZ) mainly produce bearings for rolling machines. In 2002, they were still a manufacture winning their orders by lower products price, which had trapped them seriesly and even forced them to bankrupt.
Since their awareness of the importance of innovation in the second half 2003, they began to lay more emphasis on the research and development of new products and self-innovation.
To facilitate their innovation program, they seek assistance from several college and institute, such as Tsinghua University, Dalian University of Technology, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute etc. Thanks for the technologies and intelluctuals from those assistant partners, Jindongfang Bearing gradually developed their own rolling machine bearings. The improved design make these bearings surpass the traditional rolling machine bearings. Meanwhile, the products become qualified for substituting imported rolling machine bearings.
Up to 2005, Jindongfang Bearing have 700 kinds of bearings with their own intellectual right. In the first 4 months 2005, their output value had hit a record high of 7 million yuan.
In 2006, Jindongfang Bearing will continue their emphasis on innovation. The company said that they will do their best to become the leading bearing manufacturer in China in 3 to 5 years.
