INA wheel bearing processing introduction

1) forging blank checks

5) drill-

7) other parts-

7.3 sealed ring: using site-directed manufacturers to produce seals. Before Assembly to conduct rigorous testing, and issue inspection reports.
8) Assembly-
8.1 preparing clearance: grinding and try to assemble in order to detect initial clearance, according to the calculations and the fitting clearance, then finally grinding to enjoy the final drawings to provide clearance.
8.2 part inspection: clearance after preparation is complete, then the final part inspection, and for the corresponding record.
8.3 demagnetization, cleaning, packaging and issue a certificate.
9) the originals and file-
