INA bearing overheating what is the cause

(1) the INA bearing is damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
(2) the INA bearing grease too little, too much or has impurities such as iron filings. Bearing capacity of the axle grease should not exceed the total volume of 70%, with impurities should be replaced.
(3) the shaft and bearing too tight or too loose. Too tight to be grinding again, when excessively loose hinge mounting should be given.

(6) the belt too tight or poor coupling Assembly. Adjusting the belt tension calibration of coupling.
(7) the journal bearing lubricant too little, impurities or oil control ring stuck. Such as oil, new oil, repair or replace the oil ring.
