In the first Eight Months, Wangxiang Precision Industry Kept Steady Growth

From January to August this year, Wangxiang Precision Industry Company has continuously kept the steady growth, and the business income and bebefit increased 38.61% to 53.58 % separately on a year-on-year basis, in which the sales of OEM part has increased 42.41%.

Benefited from the growth of domestic automobiles consuming, the market share and supporting volume of the original supporting project of the company has greatly increased, meanwhile, plus the new growth brought by the new projects.Especially, the in Volkswagen project, only the supply of several models of products on PQ34 platform reacged 160,000 sets. Now, the products on PQ35 platfom has entered into the period of approval and authorization by German Volkswagen. In addition, CQ project products have been off production line together with the mainframe plant. Others are five new batch supporting projects: CA307 project and TYWL50 project,etc. These new projects will establish solid base for the growth in nex period.

Under the background of good performance in the market expanding, the company has further carried out the working requirement of "adjustment, consummation and improvement", strengthened that all the work should encircled the production and straightened out relations, including the processing improvement between administration department and manufacturing department, manufacturing department and manufacturing department, front and back path,etc. After the relations are straightened, the production efficiency will be improved naturally.

The rapid growth of sales require the improved production capacity. Limited by the existing producing area, Wangxiang Precision Industry further carried out the precision production, analyzed the factors such as manufacturing plant, processing procedures, deployment of operators and equipmnet and working environment,etc and development the logistic reformation solution to minimize the logistic delivery and the labour in vain, by which, the average labour productivity increased 38.7% on a year-on-year basis.
