Hubei Xinyegang Steel Co. Ltd. Made First National 863 Project Proposal in Huangshi, Hubei Province

On July 25, Hubei Xinyegang Steel Co. Ltd. (Xinyegang) officially made the first national 863 program proposal in Huangshi, Hubei Province. The project " Critical Tchnology Development of Bearing Steel for Wind Turbines with High Power " was successfully listed among the first national 863 program for high-quality special steel during "Twelfth Five-Year".

As the strategic plan of Chinese high-tech research and development, 863 program is a banner of Chinese science and technology development . The " Critical Tchnology Development of Bearing Steel for Wind Turbines with High Power " charged by Xinyegang passed through the expert evaluation organized by the National Science and Technology department, and was ultimately identified as the first bach of high-quality special steel projects in 12th Five-Year.

It is known that Xinyegang has completed more than 20 scientific research and development projects, undertaken gear steel, bearing steel and steel for national key projects such as aerospace etc .
