Huangshi Bearing Won National Fund for its Ultralight Series Roller Bearings

According to the media, Huangshi Bearing Factory won national funds of RMB 500,000 yuan for the research and development of its ultralight series roller bearings from Technical Innovation Fund for National Medium & Small-sized Technology Based Enterprises on Oct 31, 2008. This project was listed as one of the first batch of innovation fund projects in the year of 2008.

Upon the approval of the State Council, Technical Innovation Fund for National Medium & Small-sized Technology Based Enterprises was founded as the special government fund to support the technical innovation projects from middle & small technology based enterprises.

Huangshi Bearing Factory is a specialized factory for manufacturing bearing and forging bearing blank. It is one of the key enterprises in bearing industry. The products are widely used in metallurgy, textile and engineering mechanism and so on. In 2002 the quality system of ISO9001 in accordance with ISO9000:2000 were certified. The factory possesses 150 million yuan capital and 800 employees.
