The audit group from TUV made ISO14001 Environmental Management System Surveillance Audit for HRB, and the last meeting was held in the afternoon of May 11. Xu Kui, the executive vice general manager of HRB and the relevant leaders participated this meeting.
At the meeting, experts from the audit group informed the audit results. Since HRB has passed ISO Environmental Management System Certification for one year, the environmental management work in HRB made considerable progress, staff awareness rapidly strengthened who gradually put more attention to the enviromental management and proactive in their work. In the meanwhile, with the sound KPI performance evaluation system, the energy-saving effect is quite obvious, less investment and more effectiveness. Additionally, the labor productivity has significantly improved while reducing energy consumption waste, pullution and also improve environment through the promotion of lean production.
Therefore, the audit group concluded that HRB will continue to be recommended to maintain ISO 14001 certification.
Xu Kui, the executive vice general manager of HRB made speech at the meeting, he expressed thanks for experts' hard-work on behalf of the whole company, meanwhile he also expressed appreciation for their meticulous work style and pragmatic work spirit. He fully accepted the problems and suggestions pointed by the experts, he indicated that they will make corrective plans and careful rectification according to the detailed requirments, what's more, Xu Kui also asked the relevant units to strengthen the internal audit in the future, thus to maintain the environmental management system in HRB could effectively operate through the continous improvement, and constantly enhance the corporate core competitiveness.
