By the end of June, HRB Nanzhi Subsidiary had finished the first-half production target in advance. The output hit 5.4 million sets and output value were RMB10.1 million yuan.

In order to finish the first-half production target, Nanzhi plant held conferences frequently to deal with certain problems in productions processes. They paid more attention to their working schedules, logistic management and so on. So the smooth production can be guaranteed. Some dept. directors or other managing staffs even gave up their holidays.
