From Mar.17th to 18th, the auditing team of TUV SUD Group has carried out the first period auditing of the ISO/14001:2009 environment management system of Harbin Bearing Group (HRB) on the spot.
The auditing is to check whether HRB prepared well for the formal auditing or not, to find out and solve the problems and establish basis for the formal auditing. The auditing this time includes the spot patrolling, inspection of the tally and validity of the system documentation and understanding the inner auditing of the company and the management evaluation.
In the morning of Mar.17, the auditing team has held the first meeting. On the meeting, Pan Jun, the chairman of the board and the general manager of the company has requested the relevant departments to understand and grasp the difference between ISO/14000 management system and ISO/9000 management system and do well in the authentication work; treat the auditing and reflect the environment management situation to the auditing team honestly, supply true evidence, learn from the experts of the auditing team, and grasp more environment management knowledge.
After the first meeting, the experts were divided into two teams and audited each department, the first plant area and the new plant area carefully.
In the afternoon of Mar. 18th, the team held the final meeting and reported the discovery during the auditing, pointed out the problem existing in the environment management system and put forward suggestions and advice.
Xu Kui, the vice managing director of the Company has expressed his gratitude to the plod of the experts. Xu Kui requested each department to do well in the adjustment and amendment work according the problems pointed out by the experts, enhance the work of inner auditing, dig the shortage and adjust in time to prepare for the formal auditing in the coming future.
