HRB Convene 2007 Planning Conference
On Dec. 16, Harbin Bearing Group(hereinafter refered to as HRB) convened 2007 Planning Conference to determine their product-mix next year and discuss the future of Harbin Bearing in the following three years. The conference was hosted by Chen guangying, director of HRB's economic operating department.
Zhong jibin, general manager of HRB, stressed the importance of adjusting product-mix on the conference. He pointed that the company should determine the product-mix being put priority to on the basis of "set output target according to sale, promote sale by stable output". At present, product-mix adjustment may help HRB survive the fierce competition. From long-term view, it bears on their development in future.
During the conference, all participants actively discussed the issues on internal reform and sustainable development, expressing their viewpoints in product positioning, developing, producing, selling and other means to enhance economic benefit.
