High temperature and high performance characteristics of the bearing grease

High speed bearing grease: High temperature synthetic thickener thickening and adding multi-effect additive, is a long-term high-temperature environment to maintain normal operation of high quality grease.
Performance characteristics:
Organizational structure smooth, delicate fibers with high cleanliness, inhibit bearings during operation of the different sound, to meet the DN value of more than 500,000 high-speed bearing long-term operational requirements.
Excellent resistance to high temperature performance, lubricity, good colloidal stability and mechanical stability.
Waterproof and strong, able to withstand water, rinse, and in a wide temperature range to maintain hardness. Excellent oxidation resistance, good wear resistance, resulting in extremely long service life, life is 5-10 times lithium grease.
Ability to withstand high temperatures and high shear resistance, causes the high speed environment to cope.
Operating temperature range is -40 ~ 230 ℃, short time up to 250 ℃.
Recommended Applications:
Suitable for high temperature environment precision bearings, motor bearings, miniature bearings.
For a variety of high-speed bearings, high-speed long-life gyro motor, high speed grinding machine and other high-speed instrumentation and mechanical bearings.
