High-speed rail bearings are made in Luoyang

Yesterday, the worker is operating advanced equipment for the small batch production of high-speed rail bearings and urban rail bearings in newly built high-speed precision heavy duty bearing industrialization demonstration line of ZYS (Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd).

With a total investment of RMB 161 million, the demonstration line has an annual production capacity of 60,000 pieces of bearings, including 30,000 pieces of high-speed railway bearings, 20,000 pieces of urban rail transit vehicle bearings, and 10,000 pieces of locomotives and transmission bearings.

Relying on independent innocation, ZYS is the first supplier in China to master key technologies of high-speed rail bearing and develop high-speed rail way bearings with speed at over 250 km per hour and urban rail transit vehicle bearings with speed at over 100 km per hour.
