High Precision Slewing Bearings for TBM developed by LTZC

The accuracy is up to P5, beyond the European and American standards, and the process and quality control levels are both beyond the normal level of precision bearings


On March 10th, 2012, Luoyang Heavy-Duty Bearing Co., Ltd. launched its new high precision slewing bearings. Such bearings are designed to be used as the core parts of the tunnel boring machine and provided with the structure of a combination of cross rollers. TBM (tunnel boring machine) is one of the sixteen major & heavy equipment in the national key development programme, and the Chinese government has always advocated the localization of TBM. The successful development of the new high precision slewing bearings marks a new level of the company's products in the field of TBM. Previously, the TBM bearings produced by the company are provided with the diameter of 3300 mm or 5500 mm and have been delivered and put into use.
