Heibei Guangyang to Build the Largest Large Ring Forging Workshop and Large Lathe Workshop in Hebei Province

Hebei Guang Yang Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will build Hebei's largest large ring forging workshop and large lathe workshop in the east of its plant. Then the company could process and produce wind turbine yaw bearings and spindle bearings with diameter in 5 m. The total investment will be CNY 230 million. It has completed an investment of CNY 85.1 million by the end of November, 2011 and the cumulative investment of 85.1 131.1 million. The company plans to invest CNY 98.9 million in 2012. The installation and purchase of equipments has been completed 60% of the investment by the end of November, supporting facilities has completed 75%, and civil works has completed 80%.

In order to promote and improve the national wind power industry and to break the bottleneck of wind turbine bearings relying on imports, Hebei Guang Yang Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has already started to invest in the development of wind turbine bearings since June 2010. So far, it has established the specialized technical departments for the project and set up the project construction team.
