The R&D department of GuangYang Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. launched its new high-end product on February 28 in 2012 after more than 4380 hours' hard work. The service life of the new product has been greatly improved, which will break the bottleneck of short service life of import substitution products existing for so long.
During the research and development period, the company carried out a series of strict selection of raw materials, that is, as long as the failure rate of the raw steel materials is proved to be 0.01% , they will not be used, and all raw steel materials shall be identified and tested by the authority of the state sector. Knowing the quenching process is the key in the production process, GuangYang Bearing adopted the most advanced quenching equipment for the strict control of heat treatment of forgeable pieces, rolling elements and all other parts and components, so as to ensure the quality in every link of the production process. The company also adopted special treatment to the product for wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and applied protective layer on the product surface, so that the service life of the product can be 95% and above of the imported products; the wear-resistant treatment of bearings has filled the vacancy between the speed and the quality and the radial/axial load, so that bearings can operated in severe conditions such as low & high temperature, dusty and dirty enviroment, humid enviroment and abnormal installation conditions. During the R&D process, the new bearing product has been proved to achieve the desired service life through the destructive testing.
