Hebei Futelai Bearing Technology announced a utility model patent

 Hebei Futelai Bearing Technology Co., Ltd has been granted a utility model patent on December 30 for its "non-enclosed crescent-shaped cylindrical roller bearing unit" by the State Intellectual Property Office. With this, the company has received nine national utility model patents.

The new product consists of two crescent-shaped bearings, each of which includes an arc-shaped outer ring, an arc-shaped cage and several cylindrical rollers. Wherein, the two non-enclosed crescent-shaped bearings are combined into one by the cage for simultaneous swinging. 

Compared with the single crescent-bearing design, this product provides higher load capacity while enhancing smooth swinging during operation, thus greatly improves the service life.
