Huainan Bearing Co.,Ltd(HBC) was entitled as "The Outstanding Private Scientific&Technology Enterprise in Anhui Province" on the Scientific&Technology Commending Meeting held in Anhui.
In 2001, the new Huainan Bearing Co.,Ltd was founded on the basis of the former Huainan Bearing Factory. The new leaders implemented an out and out changes in the company. On May 28 2002, the standard plant of HBC which cover an area of 110 square meters, was groundbreaking in Huainan Economic Development Zone. On Jun 28 2003, that plant was completed and put into production.
On the basis of the former bearing production base, HBC invested more to build other related assistant enterprises like forging, lathing and bearing accessory enterprises. So that they could build a scaled comprehensive bearing base in Huainan.
HBC mainly manufactured tapered roller bearing(class 7). To make the HBC larger and stronger, HBC's products more precise, the company invested more to introduce manufacturing equipments. 2003 Feb 24, the program of transformation of HBC's special bearing production line, new plant construction planning and adding 8 special bearing production lines had been selected as one of the major technical transformation program in Anhui province. Meanwhile, the company paid more attention to internal quality management system. In Nov. 2004, the company passed the ISO/TS16949 certificate.
Supported by Wanxiang Technical Center, HBC made a integration system of production, learning and researching. Products made by HBC has reached state advanced level. For the good quality of HBC products, Wanxiang group took it as a member of their marketing network, so that the HBC products can be known and bought via Wanxiang's international marketing network.
