Halesowen-based Hayley Group has acquired a supplier of industrial spare parts and components with sites in London and Cambridgeshire.
Mercury Holdings (London) Ltd was snapped up along with £9.8m-turnover subsidiary Mercury Bearings Ltd. The financial details of the deal were undisclosed.
