Harbour Group firm acquires Titan Fasteners

Harbour Group's fastener distributor company, Lindstrom, has acquired Titan Fastener Products of Brunswick, Ga.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Harbour Group is based in Clayton and Lindstrom is based in Blaine, Minn.

Titan provides fastener and industrial distributor customers with more than 45,000 packaged products including nuts, bolts and screws.

"We view Titan as the premier master distributor of packaged fasteners, specialty and hard-to-find fasteners, and other related products," Harbour Group chairman and CEO Jeff Fox said in a statement.
