Harbin Automobile Bearing inks a deal with Beijing Borgward

Harbin Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd., the Sino-US joint venture of HRB Group, signed a contract with Beijing Borgward, the Sino-German joint venture of Foton Motor Inc. on Mar 24, 2016, become the exclusive developer/manufacturer of hub assembly of the latter.

Designated in accordance with the requirements of contract, Harbin Automobile Bearing shall provide 907,000 units of auto hub assemblies to Beijing Borgward from 2016 to 2023, with a total value of nearly 320 million yuan.

Borgward is a luxury brand in German automobile sector. Borgward selected Foton Motor as its strategic partner in China on March 3, 2015.
