Groundbreaking Ceremony of C&U's New Manufacturing Site
Zhejiang C&U Group held groundbreaking ceremony for its new manufacturing site----Huzhou Hatebeier Bearing Manufacturing Base on Jun 18, 2007.
Founded in 1991, China C&U Group Co., Ltd is a key enterprise in Zhejiang province. Its business lines include bearing manufacturing, electromechanical logistics, supermarket chains, auto parts manufacturing and other industries. C&U has established 7 manufacturing bases located in Shanghai, Hangzhou (Zhejiang province), Wuhu (Anhui Province), Wenzhou (Zhejiang province) and other areas. With nearly 7200 employees and fix assets of USD 134,000,000, C&U has 102 subsidiaries either wholly-invested or equity controlled.
With the investment of RMB 2.333 billion, the total area of this manufacturing base is scheduled to be 1100 Mu, of which the first phrase project covers 300 Mu. It is estimated that the production value will amount to RMB 3.752 billion when it comes into operation. The production level will rank top in China bearing industry. The production efficiency and energy consumption will reach international standard.
"We intend to establish Huzhu into an important automotive bearings and spare parts manufacturing base in about 5 to 6 years ", said the Manager from C & U Group.
