As a delegation member of Maanshan City, Fangyuan Slewing Ring Co., Ltd was invited to attend 2008 China (Hefei) Matchmaking Meeting for Indenpendent Innovative Requisites (2008 CHMMIIR) on Oct 28, which was jointly hosted by National Science and Technology Ministry, Ministry of Education, Academy of Sciences, Intellectual Property Office, Association for Science and Technology, World Technoplis Association (WTA) and the People's Government of Anhui Province as well as organized by Hefei Municipal Government.
This meeting was reported to be a nationwide fair for science technology achievements. The show of innovative achievements was regarded as an important part of this matchmaking meeting for innovative requisites. There were totally 11 exhibition areas for the innovative achievements show.
The High Speed Milling Technology and the Whole Quenching Technology for the Gears of Slewing Ring Bearings from FY Slewing Ring Company were exhibited at the fair. Reportedly, these two technologies are advanced in the domestic manufacturing of slewing ring at present. The slewing ring products in "FY" brand were showed for three days at the fair, which attracted many exhibitors and visitors to consult.
Most importantly, this meeting definitely helped many people better know the research and development of science and technology, high level of technology as well as the enterprise culture of FY Slewing Ring.
